The vision explores how the ocean can become the fundament for a new district in Tromsø, blurring the line between urban and sub sea space. Part of the development is on floating and semi- floating structures preserving the sub surface biodiversity and water currents. Using pillars and floating structures instead of traditional landfills creates opportunities for alternative energy and food production.
